Information used for your order

Fikrat Albedae Agency uses the contact details, billing information, order specifications and artwork you provide to process orders, communicate with you and arrange collection. Account information is used to provide your account and order history.

Payments and service providers

When you choose an online payment method, the relevant payment provider processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Website hosting, email and payment providers may process information needed to deliver their services. We do not ask you to send card details or passwords by email or WhatsApp.

Google login, mobile login and artwork

If you choose Google login, basic account identity such as your name and email is used to create or access your store account. For mobile OTP login, your phone number is processed by the configured SMS provider to send verification codes. Uploaded artwork is used to fulfil your print order and is available to authorized store staff.

Cookies and retention

The store uses cookies for the cart, checkout session, login and language preference. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working. Order records are kept as needed to fulfil orders and meet applicable accounting and legal requirements.

تستخدم وكالة فكرة الإبداع بيانات التواصل والفوترة ومواصفات الطلب والتصميم التي تقدمها لتنفيذ الطلبات والتواصل وترتيب الاستلام. تُستخدم بيانات الحساب لإتاحة الحساب وسجل الطلبات.

عند اختيار الدفع الإلكتروني، يعالج مزود الدفع بيانات الدفع وفق سياسته. قد يعالج مزودو الاستضافة والبريد والدفع البيانات اللازمة لتقديم خدماتهم. لا نطلب إرسال بيانات البطاقة أو كلمات المرور بالبريد أو واتساب.

عند اختيار تسجيل الدخول عبر جوجل، تُستخدم بيانات الهوية الأساسية مثل الاسم والبريد لإنشاء الحساب أو الوصول إليه. لتسجيل الدخول برمز الهاتف، يعالج مزود الرسائل المهيأ رقم هاتفك لإرسال رمز التحقق. تُستخدم التصاميم المرفوعة لتنفيذ الطلب ويصل إليها الموظفون المخولون.

يستخدم المتجر ملفات تعريف الارتباط للسلة وإتمام الطلب وتسجيل الدخول وتفضيل اللغة. قد يمنع حظر الملفات الأساسية إتمام الطلب. نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات حسب الحاجة للتنفيذ والمتطلبات المحاسبية والنظامية.
