Orders and print specifications

These terms apply to orders placed with Fikrat Albedae Agency. Review the selected product, quantity, material, finishing, price and artwork before ordering. Contact us for specifications that are not available online. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; production timing and artwork approval are confirmed with our team.

Artwork and printing

You must have permission to use the artwork you supply. Provide print-ready files and check spelling, dimensions and design details. Screen colors can differ from printed results. Contact our team about proofing or special color requirements before production.

Prices, payment and collection

The checkout shows the order total and applicable VAT. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Pay at pickup is available for eligible store-pickup orders. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting our Riyadh facility.

Changes, cancellations and problems

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Available options depend on whether production has started and the specifications of your order. If an item is damaged or differs from the agreed specifications, contact us with the order number and relevant photos so we can review and arrange an appropriate solution. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.

الشروط والأحكام

تسري هذه الشروط على الطلبات لدى وكالة فكرة الإبداع. يرجى مراجعة المنتج والكمية والخامة والتشطيب والسعر والتصميم قبل الطلب. تأكيد الطلب يعني استلامه؛ ويتم تأكيد موعد الإنتاج واعتماد التصميم مع فريقنا.

يجب أن تكون لديك صلاحية استخدام التصاميم المرسلة. تحقق من النصوص والمقاسات، وقد تختلف ألوان الشاشة عن الطباعة. تواصل معنا بشأن التجربة الطباعية أو متطلبات الألوان قبل الإنتاج.

يعرض إتمام الطلب الإجمالي والضريبة وطرق الدفع المتاحة. الدفع عند الاستلام متاح للطلبات المؤهلة للاستلام من الفرع. انتظر تأكيد جاهزية الطلب قبل زيارة فرع الرياض.

تواصل معنا سريعاً لتعديل الطلب أو إلغائه؛ تعتمد الخيارات على بدء الإنتاج ومواصفات الطلب. إذا كان المنتج تالفاً أو مختلفاً عن المواصفات المتفق عليها، أرسل رقم الطلب والصور للمراجعة وإيجاد حل مناسب. لا تحد هذه الشروط من حقوق المستهلك المقررة نظاماً.
